Subscription Issues

Q: How do I restore my subscription? A: Open the app and navigate to the Subscription screen. Tap on "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the screen. If you've previously purchased a subscription with the same Apple ID, it will be automatically restored.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription? A: Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device

  2. Tap your name at the top

  3. Tap "Subscriptions"

  4. Find Animefy in the list and tap it

  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Q: Why am I being charged after canceling? A: When you cancel a subscription, you can continue to use it until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again after that period ends.

App Functionality

Q: Why can't I upload my own photos? A: Uploading and transforming your own photos requires an active subscription. You can subscribe from the app's Subscription screen.

Q: How long does photo transformation take? A: Transformations typically take 10-15 seconds, but may take longer during peak usage times or with poor network connectivity.

Q: Can I use the transformed images commercially? A: Yes, all transformed images are yours to use however you wish, including for commercial purposes.
