Subscription Issues

Q: How do I restore my subscription?

A: Open the app and navigate to token badgeTap Restore Purchases. If you’ve previously purchased with the same Apple ID (or Google Play account), your subscription will be reinstated.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: Subscriptions are managed through your device’s app store:

1. iOS (App Store):
   • Open Settings
   • Tap your name
   • Tap Subscriptions
   • Select RenderAI
   • Tap Cancel Subscription
2. Android (Google Play):
   • Open the Google Play Store
   • Tap your profile icon
   • Tap Payments & subscriptions
   • Tap Subscriptions
   • Select RenderAI
   • Tap Cancel subscription

Q: Why am I being charged after canceling?

A: Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You won’t be charged again after that date.

App Functionality

Q: Why can’t I generate videos without a subscription?

A: RenderAI requires an active subscription to access its video-rendering models. You can subscribe on the Account > Subscriptions screen.

Q: How long does video generation take?

A: Typical render times are 1-5 minutes for a 10-second clip. Times may increase during peak usage or with longer clips.
