By downloading, installing, or using the Animefy mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Animefy is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to transform user-provided photos into anime-style art. The App offers both free and subscription-based features.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Options

• Weekly Premium: Unlimited transformations for $5.99/week
• Annual Premium: Unlimited transformations for $39.99/year

3.2 Billing and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

3.3 Free Trial

• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

• You retain all rights to the photos you upload to the App.
• By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the transformation service.
